About

In 2017, I responded to a Reddit post looking for musicians to start an emo band in Northern Virginia. A response led me to become a founding member of Knope, alongside Jack David, Nick David, and Ryan Bishop. Over the next few years, we released music, played dozens of shows, and became an integral part of the DMV DIY scene.

In the fall of 2019, after a fulfilling chapter with the band, I decided to step back from Knope to focus on finishing my degree at George Mason University. During this time, I continued to support the local music scene, booking shows for touring bands and helping them connect with our community.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it prolonged my time away from the band, eventually leading me to formally leave Knope and shift my focus to a managerial role. Managing the band allowed me to grow my skills on the organizational side of the music industry, and I'm now passionate about applying those strengths to help as many artists as I can.

What started as a throwaway comment on a Reddit post has turned into years of friendships, countless shows, and memories that will last a lifetime.
